The last fixture of the season arrived - and stayed - with a whoosh! 💨💨💨 A very windy day up at the Braids with strong winds and even stronger gusts resulting in borderline unplayable conditions at times. However, all 16 players completed their rounds with more or less success. The top 5 players all had scores of 30 or over which demonstrated good play in the conditions. There was a tussle at the top for the winning spot and Sarah B just pipped Karina, both on 32 points, with a better inward half. Congratulations to Sarah and Karina.
Mandy came in 4th and extended her lead at the top of the League leaderboard to win the league, 6 points ahead of Janet in second place. Congratulations Mandy - always in contention.
Well done all who played. As Carol said, "extreme golf" today, but Comiston Ladies are made of stern stuff 💪 🏌🏻♀️.
