At their meeting in February, the Committee voted unanimously to make Rosemary Williamson and Moira Williams, Honorary Members of Comiston Ladies GC.
Rosemary was Treasurer of Comiston Ladies for six years, retiring in November 2013. She was Captain in 2007. Rosemary also served on the Gibson Cup Committee from 2005 and continued to help with the Gibson Cup at the Braids until 2015.
Moira was Secretary for five years, retiring in November 2011 and was Captain in 2002. Moira remains a non-playing member of Comiston Ladies although she continues to play golf at Craigmillar Park. She said the 17thand 18thholes were what put paid to her golf at the Braids!
We thank both Rosemary and Moira for their dedication to Comiston Ladies GC and all the work they did over many years to promote Comiston Ladies GC and further its interests.
